Men's Soccer Coach Resigns From BMCC
PENDLETON, Ore. - The BMCC men's soccer team will be without their head coach to start the season. Austin Shick has resigned from Blue Mountain Community College as the head men's soccer coach. "We want to thank Austin for all he has done for this program and for BMCC and wish him all the best. We will immediately start the search for a new head men's soccer coach to take over for fall of 2021" said athletic director Dawn DiFuria McClendon.
Head women's soccer coach Jordan Hillmick has stepped in to help with the transition and prepare the men's soccer team as we head into the start of season. He is assisted by Carlos Solorio, Oscar Alegria, Ricardo Santoyo, and Jeremy Talbot to lead the men's soccer program through the spring soccer season.
The men's soccer team kicks off their season on the road on April 7th at Columbia Basin at 2pm.
